- Introduction of product: Calcium Sennisides are manufactured by extraction from senna fruits and leaves, the sequential purification, and the final calcium salt formation. The resulting API, sennosides A/B, alleviates constipation and exerts a laxative action by stimulating the nerves in the large intestine to enhance bowel movements.

- How to use: Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor. If you are self-treating, follow all directions on the product package.If you are using the chewable tablets, chew each tablet well and swallow.It may take 6 to 12 hours before this medication causes a bowel movement.

Hyoscine butylbromide, also known as scopolamine butylbromide and sold under the brandname Buscopan among others, is an anticholinergic medication used to treat crampy abdominal pain, esophageal spasms, renal colic, and bladder spasms. It is also used to improve respiratory secretions at the end of life.- How does it work :Its anticholinergic action exerts a smooth-muscle relaxing/spasmolytic effect. Blockade of the muscarinic receptors in the GI tract is the basis for its use in the treatment of abdominal pain secondary to cramping. Hyoscine butylbromide also binds to nicotinic receptors, which induces a ganglion-blocking effect.
