- Technical Specifications: Docusate Sodium Adult Solution contains methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate. This medicine contains 5 mg of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 2.5 mg of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate in each dose (5 mL).
- Introduction of product : The main medical use of docusate sodium is to treat constipation, acting as a laxative and stool softener. In painful anorectal conditions such as hemorrhoid and anal fissures, it can help avoid pain caused by straining during bowel movements.
- How does it work: Docusate works by lowering the surface tension of hard, dry, bowel motions (stools/poo), allowing water and fats to penetrate which makes the bowel motion softer and easier to pass. This reduces straining. Docusate belongs to the class of medicines known as laxatives
- Applications. Or where it is used : Docusate is often used when straining to have a bowel movement should be avoided (such as after a heart attack or surgery). Docusate is a stool softener. It works by increasing the amount of water the stool absorbs in the gut, making the stool softer and easier to pass.

- How does it work: Methylene blue is a thiazine dye. It works by converting the ferric iron in hemoglobin to ferrous iron. As a medication, it is mainly used to treat methemoglobinemia. Specifically, it is used to treat methemoglobin levels that are greater than 30% or in which there are symptoms despite oxygen therapy.
- Applications. Or where it is used : Methylene Blue oral is used to treat methemoglobinemia and urinary tract infections. Methylene Blue is also used as a dye or staining agent to make certain body fluids and tissues easier to view during surgery or on an x-ray or other diagnostic exam. Methylene Blue is available in generic form.
.- How to use:Methylene blue is injected into a vein through an IV. A healthcare provider will give you this injection. The IV infusion can take up to 30 minutes to complete. Your breathing, blood pressure, oxygen levels, kidney function, and other vital signs will be watched closely while you are receiving methylene blue
- Dosage of usage: Drug-Induced Methemoglobinemia:
Methylene blue injection 1%:
0.1 to 0.2 mL/kg IV very slowly over a period of several minutes; may repeat in one hour if necessary
- Side effects: Large intravenous doses of Methylene Blue (methylene blue injection) produce nausea, abdominal and precordial pain, dizziness, headache, profuse sweating, mental confusion and the formation of methemoglobin.
- Warnings and precautions while using this product: WARNINGSMethylene Blue (methylene blue injection) should not be given by subcutaneous or intrathecal injection.
PRECAUTIONS:-Methylene Blue (methylene blue injection) must be injected intravenously very slowly over a period of several minutes to prevent local high concentration of the compound from producing additional methemoglobin. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

- Introduction of product:Calcium chloride is an inorganic compound, a salt with the chemical formula CaCl2. It is a white colored crystalline solid at room temperature, and it is highly soluble in water. It can be created by neutralising hydrochloric acid with calcium hydroxide.Calcium chloride is an ionic compound used for the treatment of hypocalcemia and hyperkalemia, and as an antidote to magnesium intoxication due to overdosage of magnesium sulfate.
- How does it work?:On contact with ice, calcium chloride forms brine rapidly, which lowers the freezing point of water and melts snow and ice quickly. Calcium chloride forms brine faster than other ice melters because its hygroscopic properties actually cause it to attract moisture from its surroundings.
Applications Or where it is used:Calcium chloride is used as a firming agent in canned vegetables, to firm soybean curds into tofu, and to make a caviar substitute from vegetable or fruit juices. It's commonly used in sports drinks and other beverages, including bottled water, as an electrolyte.
How to use:Calcium Chloride is a mineral indicated in the immediate treatment of hypocalcemic tetany (abnormally low levels of calcium in the body that cause muscle spasm). Calcium chloride injection is also used in cardiac resuscitation, arrhythmias, hypermagnesemia, calcium channel blocker overdose, and beta-blocker overdose. As a firming agent, calcium chloride is used in canned vegetables, in firming soybean curds into tofu and in producing a caviar substitute from vegetable or fruit juices. It is commonly used as an electrolyte in sports drinks and other beverages, including bottled water.
- Warnings and precautions while using this product:This medication contains calcium chloride. Do not take CaCl or CaCl2 if you are allergic to calcium chloride or any ingredients contained in this drug.

Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold. These symptoms include rash, watery eyes, itchy eyes/nose/throat/skin, cough, runny nose, and sneezing. This medication works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. By blocking another natural substance made by your body (acetylcholine), it helps dry up some body fluids to relieve symptoms such as watery eyes and runny nose.
How does it work:
Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic medication. When your body is exposed to an allergen (pollen, animal dander, house dust etc.), it produces a chemical called histamine. This causes watery eyes, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, skin rashes, itching etc. Chlorpheniramine Maleate works by blocking the action of histamine, thereby relieving these symptoms.
Applications Or where it is used:
Chlorpheniramine relieves red, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; itchy nose or throat; and runny nose caused by allergies, hay fever, and the common cold. Chlorpheniramine
helps control the symptoms of cold or allergies but will not treat the cause of the symptoms or speed recovery.
Manufacturing process:
Co-Processed Excipient (CPE) is technological innovation for tablet preparation through the direct compression method with a quick and straightforward manufacturing process. This research aimed to formulate and evaluate tablets prepared via a spray drying method with CPE used to improve the compressibility and flowability of formulations containing chlorpheniramine maleate. The spray dried CPE containing MCC PH 101, and Kollidon® K30 was made into tablets through a direct compression method.
