Introduction of product
Nikethamide is a stimulant which mainly affects the respiratory cycle. Widely known by its former trade name of Coramine, it was used in the mid-twentieth century as a medical countermeasure against tranquilizer overdoses, before the advent of endotracheal intubation and positive-pressure lung expansion.
How does it work
Both work by inhibiting potassium channels to cause stimulation of the peripheral chemoreceptors to increase respiratory drive; this effect occurs at lower doses than those causing more generalized CNS stimulation.

Phenytoin is used to control certain type of seizures, and to treat and prevent seizures that may begin during or after surgery to the brain or nervous system. - How does it work:Phenytoin is a medicine used to treat epilepsy. It can also be used to treat trigeminal neuralgia, a type of nerve pain that affects your face. Phenytoin is used to prevent and control seizures (also called an anticonvulsant or antiepileptic drug). It works by reducing the spread of seizure activity in the brain.
- How to use:Take this medication by mouth usually once a day or in divided doses as directed by your doctor. You may take it with food if stomach upset occurs. Take this medication with a full glass (8 ounces or 240 milliliters) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. Swallow the capsules whole. Do not use the capsules if discolored.
- Dosage of usage:The usual dose of phenytoin to treat epilepsy in:adults is between 200mg and 500mg a day, taken as 1 or 2 doseschildren (aged 12 to 17 years) is between 300mg and 400mg, taken as 2 doses. children (aged up to 11 years) varies depending on their weight.The usual dose to treat trigeminal neuralgia in adults is between 300mg and 500mg a day, taken as 1 or 2 doses.

Introduction of product :Phenylephrine is a medication primarily used as a decongestant, to dilate the pupil, to increase blood pressure, and to relieve hemorrhoids. While marketed as a decongestant, taken by mouth at recommended doses it is of unclear benefit for hay fever.
How does it work :Phenylephrine is used for the temporary relief of stuffy nose, sinus, and ear symptoms caused by the common cold, flu, allergies, or other breathing illnesses (e.g., sinusitis, bronchitis). This medication works by decreasing swelling in the nose and ears, thereby lessening discomfort and making it easier to breathe.

How to use :: Cefixime is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This medication is known as a cephalosporin antibiotic.
